You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract within the 14-day period. You may do so by contacting our customer support or by sending us a clear written statement containing your name, order number and your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned within 14 days. Products should be returned in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
Once your withdrawal has been accepted, we will refund all eligible payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products that are excluded under applicable consumer protection laws, including certain personalised, perishable or unsealed hygiene-sensitive goods.
